Free Postal Entry

Maximum one entry per postcard

Terms

prizepot offers an alternative means of entering into our competitions. The process for using this alternative means of entry is described in detail below. Just like the paid method of entering into a competition, this alternative method requires you to accept all our Terms & Conditions and rules for the applicable competition and our Privacy Policy. On a blank sheet of paper, or postcard, write or type your full name, address (no post office box addresses accepted), contact number, email address, prizepot username and which live competition you want to enter.

For example, if prizepot had a competition running for £250 Cash, the entrant would write, ‘£250 Cash’.

This needs to be written down in very clear writing or typeface, otherwise the entry may be deemed invalid.

Please send the sheet of paper in an envelope, or your postcard to the following address via either first or second class post to:

Rules

You may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry.

Postal entries are treated in exactly the same way as paid entries for the purposes of determining a winner. Postal entries have an equal chance of winning as any one paid entry.

  1. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;
  2. If a postal entry wins a prize there will be no further purchase or payment necessary to be notified of the win or to receive the prize;
  3. By entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;
  4. Your entry must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw. Proof of posting does not guarantee that you will be entered into the random draw;
  5. The Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry;
  6. If the number of entries received reaches any cap or limit before your free entry is received, you will not be entered into the random draw.

Split or Steal?

If you're picked to play, would you like to Steal the money or Split it with the other player? This can be changed up until the game closes. If no option is selected and you are chosen to play, 'Split' will be chosen by default.

Rules

1. The 'Golden Bank' holds up to 100 Golden Balls that have been claimed by players.

2. When the page is loaded or refreshed, the Golden Bank is shuffled randomly each time ensuring the order of the balls is different every game.

3. Picking players will shuffle the Golden Balls again, with a ball stopping randomly for both Player One and Player Two.

4. The Golden Bank will never pick the same player twice, as two different players are needed to play the game.

5. Once both players are picked, the 'Prize Total' will show the total prize amount.

6. The 'Reveal' button will conclude the game, revealing each players choice to 'Split' or 'Steal'

- If both players choose to 'Split' the prize total will be split equally
- If both players choose to 'Steal' the prize total will be lost
- If one player chooses to 'Steal' and the other chooses to 'Split' the player who chose 'Steal' will claim the full prize total.
